Priya and Nikhil Bakaya run IKAN Lola themselves, from Bengaluru. Both of them come to your house before a plan is written, and they lead every move. The company is named after their Shih Tzu, Lola.

A founder on the flight
The same flight, and the airport handling at both ends done personally. It's our white glove line, and Priya is the founder who flies with your pet.
What's normally true, so you can see what it changes: our people are with your pet on the road and at the airport up to the handover, and again after landing. On a scheduled flight, the airline has custody in between. A chartered flight is the one exception, because the aircraft is yours.
How it's put together
That's Priya's line. Every plan we write, for a dog, a cat, a bird, a rabbit or a horse, is checked against both, in that order.
