Every pet move has two ends. We look after the India end.

A clear yes or no on day one
Baggage rule or DGFT licence: has the owner lived abroad at least two years, and how many pets are coming? We answer that before anything else.

The Advance NOC, checked
Since the AQCS SOP of 10 August 2026 it's applied for on ATITHI 2.0, at least seven days before boarding, and airlines must not lift a pet without it. The owner holds the login; we check every paper before they submit.

Timing that matches the owner
A pet travelling as cargo has to land within a month of the owner. Earlier or later needs advance customs permission, so we plan it with the owner's flight.

Clearance and the drive home
Pets clear at the AQCS stations. We meet the pet after landing, run the clearance and duties, and drive to the new address.

The appointment about a week before the flight, the physical check, and the certificate, which is good for 10 days.

The titre work
The blood sample, the approved lab and the result in hand before the flight is booked, timed to your country's wait.

The crate
Measured on the animal to IATA Container Requirement 1 and checked with the operating carrier.

The long routes
For Australia and New Zealand, the approved or categorised country step planned from the start, with the partner in that country.
